Organization

The primary contribution of organizational designs is not only in coordination and control, but mainly serving as a form of motivating and improving team PERFORMANCE and work as “results centers.”

The key is to design organizational models that do not create barriers to good performance, but rather reflect the business strategy, highlighting the Organization’s critical processes, which are transparent in terms of duties and responsibilities, and make the workflow and information flow smoothly. In a larger context, the relationship between owners/shareholders, Board of Directors, Executive Officers, and controlling bodies, which are all components of CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, set the overall boundaries in which the organization should work.
